Now we're hiring skilled Pneumatic Mechanical Fitters to help assemble our next generation of high-performance loading systems.
The Role
As a
Pneumatic Mechanical Fitter,
you'll be hands-on with the full mechanical build of our systems. You'll work from technical drawings to assemble and test pneumatic components, identify faults, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll join a team that takes pride in quality and craftsmanship - where your contribution matters every shift.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 16:30-01:00
Friday: 12:30-18:00
Full-time, permanent role | Based on-site in Speke, Liverpool (L24)
Pay:
Base hourly rate: 14.05
25% shift allowance = 17.56 per hour (approx.)
Higher base rate negotiable for candidates with strong hydraulic/pneumatic fitting experience
What You'll Be Doing
Assembling pneumatic systems using tools and air schematics
Working from technical drawings to ensure accurate builds
Performing leak detection and fault testing
Using a range of tools (e.g. linishers, drills, spanners)
Completing job cards and documentation
Collaborating with a supportive late-shift team
Ensuring H&S and workshop standards are upheld
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a mechanical or pneumatic fitter
Previous experience assembling pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and pneumatic schematics
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in mechanical builds
A positive team player with strong attention to detail and time management
