What you'll do

Pod production:

studding, subfloors/floor laying; frame erection, panelling; accurate marking-out and QC.

Fit-out:

kitchen fitting (units, worktops, appliances) and bathroom fitting (tray, enclosure, vanity, WC).

Narrowboat fit-out:

lining out, bulkheads, cabinetry, galley install, sanitaryware and finishes.

Workshop craft:

bench joinery on fixed machinery/hand tools; safe handling of heavy materials;

tidy, organised station

; collaborate to hit quality and programme.

You'll thrive here if you're

Joinery-biased

(2+ years post-apprenticeship, workshop-based). Competent with core bench machines and hand tools. Comfortable working from drawings/cut lists;

calm, confident, methodical

. Big on finish quality, housekeeping and H&S.

Bonus points for:

pod/modular build, GRP/spray-foam, metal interface, basic CNC/router experience,

driving licence

(rural site).

Package

Pay:

29,000-34,000 DOE

+ paid overtime (where available).

Step-up may be considered for proven multi-skilled hires.
