Your Job Polyester Business Leader Our Team The successful applicant will help KTS create long-term value for customers and society, pursue continuous innovation and expand the business into new areas. What You Will Do

• Accountable for all aspects of KTS\' Virgin and Recycle Polyester business lines (hereafter the Polyester business), including, but not limited to Partner Relationship, Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Technology Development and Project Execution.
• Responsible for setting the Vision, Mission and Strategies for the Polyester business.
• Accountable for the P&L of the Polyester business.
• Identify, develop and provide leadership to a core business leadership team responsible for delivery of all aspects of the Polyester business.
• Ensure maintenance of business points of view on technology landscape, technology benchmarking, and market trends in Polyester technology.
• Drive collaboration with our technology partners to drive continuous improvement in our technology offerings.
• Responsible for thinking beyond our traditional licensing approach and embracing a total solution for the market leveraging the capabilities across KES and KII to create virtuous cycles of mutual benefit and maximum value for all involved.
• Responsible for developing Go to Market Strategies (where appropriate) and securing resources to execute those strategies.
• Provide support to our sales team, ensuring targeted sales objectives are met.
• Provide support to our process technologists, ensuring their development with respect to technology and commercial knowledge.
