Job Overview

We are seeking a Pond Maintenance Technician to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in fish keeping and have a good ability to be reactive and problem solve when dealing with ponds, water features and their associated filtration systems. This role requires a passion for fish, energy and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all outdoor ponds and water features, ensuring optimal performance, and addressing any client enquiries and concerns as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Utililse hand tools and power tolls safely and effectively during maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on tie and within budget. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

No trade experience required - we just need passion for being outdoors with an interest in ponds. We will teach you everything you need to know, but you must be willing to learn, have plenty of energy and the right attitude. Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with customers. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of work quality.
