We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team at The Pond Guys, the pond division of Glassbox Trading Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for the service and ongoing maintenance of various water features and ponds, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet our high standards of quality. This position is essential in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain ponds of all types as well as water features to keep them happy, clean and healthy. Conduct regular visits and perform necessary servicing and repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns promptly and helping the team to resolve any issues raised.

Requirements

No trade experience - no problem! We just need passion for being outdoors with an interest in ponds. We will teach you everything you need to know, but you must have a passion, energy and the right attitude! Be confident with solving problems, and like the occasional challenge. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
We will provide you with

- 28 days holiday per year, rising by one day per year up to 33 total after 5 years.

Pay: 26,500.00-28,500.00 per year
