We are expanding and looking for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled engineer to join our growing team. This exciting hands-on role involves installing and maintaining pool tables and arcade machines at various customer sites. You'll also visit locations for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs after installation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct planned maintenance visits on existing systems.
Install and set up pool tables and arcade machines at customer sites.
Carry out workshop refurbishments and repairs on machines.
Diagnose and repair electronic faults in arcade machines.
Source and order replacement parts as needed.
Perform soldering work, including PCB repairs.
Set up and test monitors, power supplies, and system configurations.
Maintain accurate repair logs and anticipate parts requirements.
Work independently or as part of a team on larger installation projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in installation, service, and maintenance of electronic systems.
Strong understanding of electronic principles and logical fault-finding methods.
Proficiency in IT - including Excel, software installation, and system programming.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year van driving experience).
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment.
