Keep front entrances spotless.
Monitor and report lighting faults in common areas (inside and out).
Check riser cupboards are secure.
Keep an eye on external downpipes and refer any issues.
Ensure doors close properly and arrange repairs as needed.
Report any leaks, defective intercoms, or other maintenance needs.
Keep the compactor area clean and tidy.
Twice Weekly (Tuesdays & Fridays):
Vacuum communal stairs and landings.
Wash entrance halls using proper safety signage.
Monthly Tasks:
Inspect and clean tank rooms, balconies, and communal lighting.
Make sure the compactor area is always in tip-top shape.
What You'll Bring:
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
Good communicator - you'll be reporting issues to the Estate Office and Compliance & H&S team.
Physically fit and happy working both indoors and out.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in estate, facilities or building management is a plus, but not essential - training can be provided.
