Portfolio Manager - Property Management & Lettings

Location: Harold Wood, Essex (Office-Based with Travel Across East London)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Salary: 27,000 - 32,000 DOE + vehicle allowance + bonuses

Must Have Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car

Portfolio Manager

to take full responsibility for a group of properties across

Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Havering, and Newham

.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role -- perfect for someone with experience in

lettings, property management, maintenance coordination, or inspections

who's ready to take ownership and make things happen.

The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

Marketing vacant properties, booking and conducting viewings Carrying out referencing and managing tenancy paperwork Conducting check-ins, check-outs, and routine inspections Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits Ensuring full legal compliance:

EICRs, Gas Certs, EPCs, Licensing

Managing tenants and responding to queries professionally Keeping accurate property records and handling admin

What You Need to Have:

? Experience in UK lettings, property management, maintenance, or compliance

? Strong communication and organisation skills

? Proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and follows things through

? Full UK driving licence & own car (vehicle allowance provided)

? Confidence using email, CRM systems, and basic office tools
