Portuguese Credit Recoveries - Financial and Legal Services

Basic 28,000 - 30,000 OTE 35 - 40k, hybrid or remote, flexible working and full training provided.

Due to our continued expansion within the Portuguese community we are recruiting a new team of Portuguese speaking Credit Recoveries and Collection specialist to work with our insurers.

We are looking for persuasive, results focused people, who will learn the technical aspects of this role. You need to be organised with excellent administration skills and be happy to get on the phone, resolve concerns and reach good settlements quickly and effectively.

You don't need financial or legal services experience. Your success will come from learning the product and making good and decisive decisions every day.

The credit recoveries role offers full training.

Key Responsibilities

30 + outbound calls a day to insurers and clients (no cold calling) Effective management of your own cases Excellent client care and communication skills in English and Portuguese Working to monthly KPIs and SLAs Working closely with the internal support teams and insurers to create excellent outcomes for the cases. Maintain high levels of output on an ongoing basis
