The Role:

This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract

To support the POS manager and Senior Implementation Manager in roles to deliver accurate POS to stores in line with budget and deadlines.

What you'll be doing:



Maintaining an accurate store and window database using updated data, working collaboratively with print suppliers and Property and Field teams to support accurate allocations. Manage the day-to-day retail POS briefs - input into Trello, critical path, liaising with suppliers. Brief management on Trello - details / deadlines / critical path. Completion of trackers to brief suppliers and obtain costings. Ensure communications to stores are completed accurately and within set time frames. Manage retail support mailbox. Understanding and management of ordering stock based on repeat retail requests. Understanding of internal finance system. Sustain an accurate and up to date POS library. Use project management tools to input and track briefs and work with wider team to ensure deadlines are met. Uploading digital assets. Management of QR codes.

Who you are:



Excellent level of understanding of Microsoft excel. Good knowledge of basic IT packages such as Outlook, Word, and Power Point Strong people focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent influencing and negotiating skills Excellent personal effectiveness and organisational skills Attention to detail Understanding of retail estate Good understanding of internal systems and processes Proven track record in a retail environment Good understanding of New Look bricks and mortar estate Previous experience in a similar role/environment
