We are seeking a dedicated Post Completion Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with H M Land Registry.
Responsibilities
Drafting, submitting, and managing applications (AP1/FR1) to the Land Registry.
Handling Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and payments through the correct portals.
Proactively resolving Land Registry requisitions and clearing inquiries.
Communicating with lenders, management companies, and clients to update them on registration status.
Handling post-completion accounts.
Experience
Previous experience in a legal environment, specifically conveyancing or post-completion, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Legal Case Management Systems (e.g., Land Registry portal).
High level of accuracy required for handling legal documents and deadlines.
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written skills for professional client communication.

Pay: 20,828.56-22,000.00 per year
