We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent communication skills and a passion to deliver great customer service and management leadership to join our Kendal Post Office.

Keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do you will work supervising staff members and ensuring cash and stock orders are completed to timescales.
Also maintaining standards on Operational excellence and cash declarations - whilst also completing balancing to Post Office timescales.
You will be available to answer any customer queries whilst ensuring that you adhere to all security measures at all times.
Along with previous customer service /management experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy.
A confident positive outlook will ensure that you can converse with a diverse customer base, enabling you to introduce products and services offered by The Post Office.
Successful candidates for the role will need to provide five years continuous referencing and consent to a criminal record check.
