About the Role

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented

Post-Construction Cleaners (Sub-Contractors)

to join our team in London. This role involves performing thorough cleaning services after construction projects, ensuring properties are spotless, safe, and ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed post-construction cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing. Remove debris, construction dust, adhesives, and other materials. Follow all health, safety, and site regulations. Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met within deadlines. Maintain professional conduct and communication on job sites.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience

in post-construction or commercial cleaning. Must be a

registered sub-contractor

with valid

insurance coverage

. Must have a

valid UK driving licence

and access to a reliable vehicle. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and regulations. Must provide

professional references

upon request. Own cleaning equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Compensation

20 - 27 per hour (per cleaner)

depending on experience.
