About the Team:

  • Global Immunology and Immunotoxicology (I&I) department, provide support to Early Development Safety Assessment (SA), and standalone studies over a wide range of Immunology and Immunotoxicology platforms, supporting enhanced solutions-based approach to Clients requests.
Post-Doc Project Summary:
  • Focusing on immune competent Organ-on-a-chip focusing on immunogenicity
  • Research and develop new assays and applications. Assess the feasibility of new assays, applications and methods for other sites.
  • Develop expertise in In vitro technology and Immunology
  • Collaborating with expertise across the gloabal laboratories
  • Attends relevant professional conferences and seminars.
  • Publish on research in relevant journals
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
  • Have a minimum of 8 years working experience within drug development.
  • Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety policies, Company Policies and Procedures, and an in-depth understanding of GLP and GCP.
  • The post holder should be able to communicate effectively at all levels with other Labcorp employees, as well as external clients, suppliers, etc.
  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or related scientific area
  • Experience in one or more of the following scientific areas is desired
  • Genomics/Proteomics
  • Biomarkers
  • Immunology
