Applications are invited for the post of Postgraduate Marketing Manager in the Marketing and Communications Department.


The Postgraduate Marketing Manager is directly responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity within the UK in support of Royal Holloway's taught postgraduate degree programmes, and for contributing to the work of the International Recruitment Team.


The Postgraduate Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of an annual plan to raise awareness of Royal Holloway and generate applications and enrolments through a variety of campaigns and tactics. This includes working with colleagues on the operational delivery of all student recruitment postgraduate events, attending postgraduate recruitment fairs, liaising with academic colleagues for targeted department activities and working on scholarship and discount campaigns.


You will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience) with a strong track record of delivering successful recruitment marketing campaigns and events. Bringing knowledge of UK higher education and audience drivers for postgraduate study, you will be confident in using data and insights to shape activity and manage budgets effectively. A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, you will represent the University with credibility and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, you will combine creativity with attention to detail, working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends, along with a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, are essential.
