Position Summary:



The POS Supervisor is an extension of store Management. The POS Supervisor manages the cash flow and point of sale processes and procedures for their respective stores. They are the liaison and voices for all cash management needs from the retail door to HQ. The POS Supervisor in partnership with management, operations and finance implements SOP and training for Customer Experience Associates (CEA). The POS Supervisor in partnership with store management dictates the behaviors and procedures within the cash wrap areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Primary Responsibilities:

Communicate daily goals and priorities with the store team, and redirect activities as needed to achieve desired results. Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures, including but not limited to availability & scheduling needs of the business. Oversee and assist with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations. Assist in ensuring completion and accuracy of any/all operational task(s), as business needs. Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure the brand's visual standards are always met. Properly communicate sell-through, to ensure product availability. Always ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures, including but not limited to availability & scheduling needs of the business. Assist shop management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.

REQUIREMENTS



Availability:



Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays. Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require.

Experience:



2-3-year experience in a managerial role. Experience with retail/apparel operations and Point of Sale a plus Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Thorough communication and detail oriented Problem solver and solution oriented. Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks.
