We're looking for dedicated Maths Tutors to support post-primary students in Belfast. If you have a solid grasp of the Northern Ireland Maths curriculum and enjoy helping learners reach their goals, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging in-person lessons (Key Stage 3 to A-Level)
Create tailored lesson plans to meet student needs
Monitor progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning styles
Requirements:
Degree in Maths or related subject (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of post-primary teaching or tutoring experience
Strong understanding of NI post-primary Maths curriculum
Clear and effective communication skills
Enhanced AccessNI check (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
PGCE, QTS, or equivalent qualification
Experience supporting students with additional learning needs

Self-employed position
4-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
In-person sessions within Belfast and nearby areas
Pay: 20-30 per hour depending on level and lesson type
