Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations and equipment Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including dishwashing and waste disposal Support the team during busy service periods to ensure efficient operation

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is desirable Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends if necessary A genuine interest in culinary arts and hospitality industry standards

Pay: 8.00-12.81 per hour
