We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our team. Main duty will be washing up! Fast paced, busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for cleanliness and organisation. Responsibilities

Pot Washing - Main Duty Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients Preparing ingredients and other prep work Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Help with the storage of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper labelling and rotation Support the kitchen team during service periods. Follow all hygiene regulations and safety procedures to uphold high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques preferred Experience working in a busy kitchen or culinary setting is desirable Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills Flexibility to work shifts as required within the hospitality environment

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
