We are seeking a dedicated staff to wait. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy their dining experience, contributing to our mission of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude Take food and drink orders accurately Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance customer experience Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role in the restaurant industry Strong knowledge of food safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends as required Basic math skills for handling transactions. A passion for hospitality and customer service.
