Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Powder Coat Paint Operative





The role is to undertake paint job applications from small to large products, to enable the effective, efficient production of products and on time delivery of quality product to our customers, working to company processes, standards and operating procedures.



Preparation of product including: + Shot blasting
+ Vixon surface treatment machine cleaning
+ Cleaning with sander / angle grinder
+ Filling of manufacturing imperfections
Load product onto the paint line Application of primer (where required) Mix paint elements Electrostatic application of powder coat to the product using a range of finishes Load of, setting temperature and timer of ovens Follow supplier quality specifications outlined in the job pack Access job pack and log job times through TruTops Occasional application jobs using wet paint techniques Use hand tools Use electric hand tools Lifting and moving products Post production quality inspection of completed products and subsections of products Trouble shoot and resolve production issues swiftly Report any production issues that affect performance to your line manager Meet daily & weekly targets and report progress daily to your line manager
