Job Description
Overview
Due to continued growth we now need a Production Operative who can work on our powder coat paint line.
We work a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday (7am to 5:15pm) with Friday overtime often available.
We are currently looking for people with at least some experience of powder coating.
Duties
Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols. Focus on quality, making to drawing. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety regulations. Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Prior experience in a powder coating department or some paint experience. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. A keen eye for detail and quality control standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: 12.21-13.30 per hour
