Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. As a Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in the finishing process of our products, ensuring high-quality application of paint and coatings.

Duties

Operate spray painting equipment to apply finishes to products as per specifications. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers as needed. Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and power tools. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Requirements

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Experience in welding and fabrication is advantageous. Basic mathematics skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
