Job Description

We are seeking an experienced POWDER COATER to work a PERMANENT DAY SHIFT with an established powder coating business based in Bilston.

Core hours : Mon to Fri, 7am to 4pm plus overtime

Basic Salary : Entirely dependent on experience and discussed at interview but anticipated circa 25,500- 27,500

Review : After completing 3 months probation

Overtime : Plenty - this position attracts upwards of 6,500 pa overtime

As a POWDER COATER you will be expected to undertake the following key activities:

Powder spraying Colour changes Loading powder coating lines Packing products Maintaining hand spraying equipment and automated booths
The successful POWDER COATER, will display the following key skills and experience:

Hand spraying powder or paint Loading powder coating lines Handling powders and chemicals Meticulous attention to detail Working with box ovens Physically able to undertake reasonable lifting and carrying Focused work ethic and "can do attitude"
This position will ideally suit an experienced Powder Coating Sprayer with experience of hand spraying, seeking to further their career in a rapidly expanding and busy powder coating
