We are seeking

experienced

Powdercoat Operators to join our team.

The roles operate on a rotating shift basis as follows:

Week 1: 6am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday

Weel 2: 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Load and unload parts to the conveyor line.

Mask and unmask parts according to the process sheet.

Spray off debris from the parts on the line as they come through Inspect parts for defects.

Load parts on pallets for shipping.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures and regulations.

Applying a wide range of powder coatings per manufacturers requirements on a multiple variety of castings and stampings.

Ensure all work produced in the environmentally controlled paint room meets customers quality expectations.

Provide input for new ideas to improve line density of products while maintaining top quality to customers.

have previous Powdercoating experience. Must be able to work in fast paced environment. Must work well in team environment. Must be organized, detail oriented and dependable. Must be able to use a computer. Must have reliable transportation.
