Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder CoatingTechnician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various technical disciplines, including manufacturing, machining, and fabrication. This role requires hands-on experience with Powder Coating, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and processes operate efficiently and safely.

Duties

Operate and maintain various types of machinery, Conduct industrial painting and auto painting using airless paint spraying methods. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Handle materials safely, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions related to production processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Powder Coating in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling practices and warehouse operations. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics is an asset. Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies. Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
