Job Overview

Are you a powder painter by trade and love the idea of manufacturing gym equipment that will be used in some of the most unique and successful training facilities throughout Ireland, UK, Europe and further afield? To increase our manufacturing capabilities BLK BOX are expanding our painting team. We want highly skilled and hardworking individuals to join our team and aid in the painting of our world class fitness equipment. This area is vital to ensure the right equipment is available for every job and that all products are finished with a high-quality standard.

Scope of Work

Cleaning jobs to standard ready to paint Powder painting to correct specification including DFT requirements Cleaning out of paint areas to ensure fit for use free of contamination Load/Unloading of paint line conveyor of parts Learning paintline controls Maintenance of paintline Plugging /taping parts ready for painting Any other duties as required

Attributes

Previous experience of powder painting systems Experience in fettling advantageous Be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative Be able to work without assistance and minimal supervision Be adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to move between areas Attention to detail and enforce strict quality standards

Pay: 12.21-16.44 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 50 per week
