Reporting To: Senior Consultant
Location: Preferred: Glasgow Open to: Remote (UK-based) or London
Salary: 330,000 - 340,000 dependent on experience

Role Overview
As a Power Platform Analyst, you will assist in delivering innovative solutions alongside experienced consultants. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, offering a structured pathway to progress into a Junior Consultant role within approximately one year.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
Assist in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Support customization and configuration of applications to meet business needs.
Participate in solution testing and deployment.
Business Analysis
Collaborate with team members to gather and document business requirements.
Analyse processes to identify areas for improvement.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Testing and Deployment
Assist in developing and executing test plans to ensure quality solutions.
Support deployment activities for smooth implementation.
Help create user documentation and training materials.
Pre-Sales Support
Contribute to product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in showcasing Power Platform capabilities to potential clients.
Work with the pre-sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyse business processes and data.
Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Desirable Skills
Technical Exposure: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or Dynamics 365 is beneficial but not required.
Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and their business applications.
Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving project needs.
