About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Microsoft Power Platform initiatives. This individual will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a flair for engaging stakeholders through impactful communication and strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

: Design and deploy scalable digital systems leveraging Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and related tools.

Team Management

: Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of developers, analysts, and consultants to consistently deliver excellence.

Client Collaboration

: Represent the organization in Power Platform engagements. Facilitate discovery sessions, provide user training, and deliver value-driven solutions.

Training & Enablement

: Conduct informative workshops, webinars, and customized sessions with clarity and confidence.

Customer Success Advocacy

: Translate technical possibilities into business impact, proactively driving client satisfaction and success.

Innovation & Governance

: Remain abreast of Microsoft updates, best practices, and apply emerging capabilities to relevant business contexts.
Desired Skillset

Expertise in SharePoint Online: Permissions management, automation, site structure, and governance Mastery in Power BI: Data modeling, advanced DAX, and executive-ready dashboard design Practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and ideally, Power Virtual Agents Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives Exceptional presentation, communication, and training skills Strong customer-first approach with proven problem-solving capabilities Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-600, SharePoint Administrator) preferred but not mandatory with demonstrable results
Preferred Qualifications

Background in consultancy, client-facing roles, or high-performance environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing, governance, and security frameworks Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate actionable insights via data storytelling

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
