Your Role and What You'll Be Doing




We're looking for a creative and driven Power Platform Developer to join our Tech Innovation team and help shape the future of how we work.



This role can be based at either our Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Sheffield office, on a flexible hybrid basis. There may also be some travel required to other sites on occasion to engage with the Tech Innovations team, attend conferences, and participation in external user community groups.



As a Power Platform Developer, you'll be at the forefront of building tailored, low-code solutions that make the most of Agenic Ai through the use of Microsoft Power Platform-- Copilot Studio Power Apps, and Power Automate, --integrated with Azure services. You'll collaborate with citizen developers, lead technical delivery, and champion governance to ensure our tools are secure, efficient, and impactful.



Your work will directly improve how our teams operate, make decisions, and deliver value. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to make a real difference.


Key Responsibilities:




Partner with end-users to understand their needs and design solutions that unlock the full potential of the Power Platform. Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features like Agentic AI and identifying opportunities to apply them. Lead the technical delivery of solutions that align with architectural standards and business goals. Collaborate across the software development lifecycle--PMs, BAs, testers, and more. Support and evolve our Citizen Governance Model to promote best practices, track usage, and drive adoption. Deliver engaging training sessions to empower users across the business.

About You




Essential:


Experience creating Agents using Copilot Studio or other Agentic tools. Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Confident delivering training and supporting implemented solutions. Collaborative team player with a focus on efficiency and timelines. Strong grasp of SharePoint workflows, Lists, and security. Proficient in M365, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Enthusiastic about the future of Agentic AI and the Power Platform




Desirable:


Familiarity with the Power Platform COE Toolkit. Experience with Power Automate UI design and cloud integrations. Comfortable leading troubleshooting efforts and mentoring others. Knowledge of Dataverse and Dataflow methodologies. Agile development experience. Exposure to Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, Power Pages, Power BI, and reporting tools.
