Job Title:Marketing Accounts Manager

Company Overview: Fields Group encompasses a dozen companies including Quickie Divorce, the largest divorce provider in the UK, and Endeavour Law which is a fast growing family law solicitor firm. Alongside legal services, Fields also operates in the technology sector with Fields Data Recovery which is an international leader in disaster management and data recovery solutions. Fields Data Recovery is a fast expanding company with offices in both Europe and America, offering its services in ten countries and three continents.

Fields' work focuses on using cutting-edge marketing technology to maintain and expand its competitive presence in the online space, with the aim of aggressive growth over the coming years.

Role Purpose:With several companies operating in the online space, Fields is looking to hire an internal position to help manage its Google pay-per-click (PPC) accounts. This is a position in the marketing department and will play a crucial role in developing the online presence of all companies in the Fields Group. The ideal candidate will be driven and forward thinking in helping manage the company's Google Ads account. This will often require working closely with other departments and developing an appreciation for the many working parts of Fields Group and how they interact.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to track key metrics.

Conduct keyword research and utilise SEO principles to enhance campaign visibility.

Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored for different audiences and platforms.

Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments to align PPC strategies with overall company objectives.

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform updates to ensure best practices are followed.

Creating daily reports and communicating account performance to management

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree

A to C in STEM subject at A Level

Important considerations:

This is a training position that will come with the opportunity to acquire essential skills in PPC and statistics-based marketing such as Google Ads. Fields' is a large investor in online digital marketing and there are few entry level jobs in this sector where candidates will have the chance to acquire hands-on experience with large accounts that are seen by tens of millions of people across the world.

A successful candidate will be comfortable and confident working with statistics and mathematics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
