What you'll do:
Plan, create, and manage
high-budget, high-performing campaigns
across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-backed optimisations.
Write and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that convert.
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions).
Stay ahead of algorithm changes, tools, and competitor strategies.
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with campaigns managing four to five-figure monthly budgets (minimum).
Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
Analytical mindset--you thrive on data and know how to act on it.
Creative approach--you can spot and test scroll-stopping ideas.
Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with remarketing funnels and email list growth.
Know your way around Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Understand attribution models and tracking tools.
