Job Summary



We're looking for an experienced

PPC & Paid Marketing Specialist

to join our in-house e-commerce marketing team.

You'll be responsible for driving traffic, sales, and growth through paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of our paid campaigns -- from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting -- helping us scale our online performance and reach new audiences.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, launch, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and other relevant channels. Manage product feeds and Shopping campaigns to drive online sales and ROAS. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Develop creative and engaging ad copy and visuals that align with brand and product messaging. Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and performance to achieve KPIs. Use Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track performance and report results. Work closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to align paid media with seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and promotions. Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid performance marketing. Provide regular reports on campaign performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

About You



Proven experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns for an e-commerce brand. Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager. Confident using analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ROI and conversion growth. Creative thinker with strong copywriting and attention to detail. Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
