We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Digital Marketing Executive. This role is designed to develop you into a PPC consultant from the ground up, so while previous experience in a similar role is considered, it is not required.
Ps. PPC stands for Pay Per Click, which is a hugely popular form of advertising predominantly through Google.
Our training programme is delivered by experienced PPC consultants and is built around hands-on, practical learning to help you succeed. While the primary focus is on Google Ads, the programme also includes training across Bing and Meta, giving you exposure to a broad range of paid media platforms.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our team and be able to demonstrate your ability to quickly adapt and improve your skills through training, hands-on activities, and team collaboration.
A chance to learn not only the fundamentals of digital marketing, but also the ins and outs of PPC advertising on Google Ads. Our hands-on approach is designed to get you involved with the wider team immediately, so you can start using what you learn right away.
- Support the team with various tasks
- Take a hands-on approach to projects from day one
- Participate in and make the most of our training program
- Assist in growing our clients' online presence through PPC
About You:
We are looking for someone who is confident, positive and ambitious, and who has willingness to learn all elements of PPC, and eventually take control of their own learning and developments, bringing others on this journey. The right candidate is someone who is enthusiastic to learn, loves to contribute in a team and is collaborative.
Experience within marketing or similar roles would be beneficial but not necessary; training will be provided throughout your time here at Spec which means that you don't need any prior experience, just a willingness to learn and a open mind. Here's a little more detail about who we are looking for:

- Possess transferable skills from our jobs, sectors or experiences
- Good with Analytical challenges, numbers and spreadsheets
- A confident and positive attitude
- Highly energised & self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Honest and trustworthy
- Take's feedback well, both positive and negative
