As we continue our exciting growth journey, we're searching for an experienced, proactive PPC Lead who's ready to head up our paid search department and take our PPC offering to new heights.

About the Role

This is more than just a PPC role. We're looking for someone who's ready to step up as the strategic and operational lead for all things paid search. You'll manage and grow our PPC department, support our account managers with expert insights, and play a key role in client relationships and meetings.

You'll be the driving force behind innovative, high-performing PPC strategies, managing multiple client accounts and overseeing the day-to-day execution of campaigns. You'll also have the opportunity to grow and mentor a small team, helping shape the future of our paid search services.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't your typical PPC role. You'll be at the forefront of our agency's growth, shaping strategy, driving results, and leading the charge in all things paid search. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Lead the PPC department with vision and energy, defining strategy, setting standards, and driving performance across all client accounts Architect, launch, and optimise cutting-edge paid campaigns on Google Ads and other major platforms, ensuring every pound spent delivers measurable results Conduct detailed PPC audits for new and existing clients, uncovering insights and opportunities that others might miss Set ambitious targets, manage budgets with precision, and ensure every campaign aligns with our clients' big-picture goals Dive into campaign data, transform numbers into meaningful stories, and deliver insightful reports and recommendations that wow clients and stakeholders Be a trusted advisor in client meetings, partnering with account managers to bring strategic thinking and clarity to every conversation Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, testing fresh approaches and integrating new technologies into our PPC offering Build, grow, mentor, and inspire the PPC stars of the future, creating a team that's driven, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional results

About You

You're not just any PPC professional -- you're a results-driven specialist who knows how to turn clicks into real business growth. You thrive in fast-paced agency life and love the challenge of managing multiple clients and delivering outstanding campaigns.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a digital agency environment, successfully managing diverse PPC clients and budgets You're a strategic thinker who spots opportunities others miss and can translate data into powerful insights and winning campaigns You're confident and persuasive, able to communicate complex PPC strategies clearly to clients and colleagues at every level You're highly skilled in Google Ads, with hands-on expertise across search, display, shopping, and advanced bidding strategies Google Ads certification is a big plus -- and if you're Google Analytics certified too, even better You're organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat You're passionate about sharing your knowledge and have experience growing and leading a small team, helping others succeed as you do Above all, you're driven to make an impact, and you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, innovate, and truly shine
