Job Overview


We are seeking a results-driven, data-obsessed PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid media strategy and execution across multiple businesses within the private healthcare sector.

This is a full-time, onsite position, ideal for a hands-on specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets conversion. You will manage substantial monthly ad spend across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, working across a portfolio of healthcare brands. You'll play a key role in driving patient engagement, service visibility, and measurable ROI across multiple domains. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital performance and meaningful impact.

Duties



Plan, execute, and optimise paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta) campaigns across a range of healthcare businesses. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis tailored to each service line. Monitor daily performance metrics across multiple accounts to understand effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to produce high-performing ad copy and visual assets. Carry out A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates. Produce regular reports with actionable insights and performance recommendations for each business unit. Stay current with trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaign effectiveness and compliance in a regulated industry. Manage tagging, tracking, and attribution accuracy across all channels.

Requirements



Proven experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts at scale, ideally across multiple brands or business units. Deep understanding of digital campaign management, conversion tracking, and paid funnel optimisation. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, etc. Experience with custom audiences, pixel tracking, and retargeting. Excellent copywriting and/or briefing skills for high-converting ad content. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across marketing, clinical, and operational teams. Willingness and ability to be onsite full-time.

Desirable



Experience within healthcare, wellness, or regulated sectors. Exposure to private healthcare patient acquisition or service-based marketing. Google Ads and Meta certifications. Understanding of CRO and landing page best practices.
