PPC Manager
to lead and develop paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
The Role
As our PPC Manager, you'll take full ownership of planning, implementing, and optimising paid campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Centre, Pinterest and LinkedIn
. You'll bring a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and play a key role in shaping client strategies within a collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients to onboard, manage and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Centre, Pinterest and LinkedIn
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Audit of existing campaigns, settings and tracking
Develop and refine campaign structures, ad copy, and creative strategies
Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets and bids, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients and the internal team
Ensure product feeds are set up and optimised for platforms such as Google Merchant Centre and TikTok Shop
Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to align paid campaigns with wider marketing objectives
Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends
Regular communication with clients to discuss performance
Proactively plan for seasonal sales peaks
Skills & Experience
Proven history of experience managing PPC campaigns across the above platforms
(at least 12 months of experience - ideally in an agency setting)
Demonstrable results in driving ROI and revenue through paid media
Deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre, including shopping campaigns
Strong experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok Shop, LinkedIn Ads)
Analytical mindset with confidence using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
Excellent communication skills for both client and internal collaboration
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Google Ads Certification (desirable)
