We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement strategic bidding approaches to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
Create compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations that drive conversions
Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve results
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders
Analyse conversion data and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with agency partners through regular communication and proactive account management
Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in meetings
Collaborate with external teams including SEO, content, and creative specialists
Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels
Essential Requirements
Experience & Skills
2-4 years of hands-on PPC experience managing campaigns with budgets of 10k+ per month
Google Ads certification and demonstrated expertise across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Proficiency with Microsoft Ads (Bing) and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok)
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and measurement frameworks
Experience with bid management tools and automated bidding strategies
Knowledge of landing page optimization principles and CRO best practices
Familiarity with feed management for Shopping campaigns
Personal Attributes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable Requirements
Experience with additional platforms such as Amazon Ads, Apple Search Ads, or programmatic advertising
Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid search strategies
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Understanding of GDPR and privacy-focused advertising approaches
Previous agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts
