Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising and a passion for driving results through effective campaign management. This role involves creating, optimising, and managing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media channels. The PPC Specialist will be responsible for analysing performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximise ROI.

Duties



Develop and implement PPC strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation. Craft compelling and relevant ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives, adheres to best practices, and attracts the target audience to increase CTR and conversion rates. Manage and optimise advertising campaigns to ensure maximum visibility and performance. Utilise tools such as Google Tag Manager and DoubleClick for tracking and reporting purposes. Monitor budget allocations and adjust bids to achieve desired outcomes. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with the SEO and wider digital marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in media buying and digital advertising.

Requirements



A minimum of 3 years experience in managing PPC campaigns, particularly on Google Ads. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of media buying principles and practices. Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and social media management platforms. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Knowledge of SEO principles is a must. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Salary:
