The PPC Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the PPC department, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client service, and team development. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll lead a portfolio of key accounts while managing team workloads, conducting one-to-ones, and supporting the growth of the PPC revenue line.
This hands-on role blends campaign delivery with leadership--overseeing strategy, execution, client meetings, sales pitches, and onboarding. You'll act as the escalation point for issues, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and retention across the department.
