We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Paid Search Manager who will be responsible for executing and optimising paid search campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, and Apple Ads. You'll be working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.


Beyond client campaign management, this position involves developing junior team members, shaping our product offerings, influencing communication strategies, and enhancing the delivery of our Paid products to clients.

Main Accountabilities



Manage the day-to-day PPC activity with support from the Senior Manager & PPC Technical Account Director, ensuring strategic execution and KPI achievement Manage annual media budgets of up to 4M Ensure operational success of accounts by delivering projects on time and within budget Support the Account Director with implementation of client strategies, optimizing key campaign efficiencies Be a point of contact for daily PPC inquiries from clients Identify account growth opportunities in partnership with the Technical Account Directors Foster strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams Be a mentor to junior members of the team, helping train and upskill

Key Skills



Experience in PPC roles within search agencies or in-house environments, with a proven track record managing complex campaigns for global clients. Experience in the Finance industry is preferred Proficient in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 platforms. Experience with Apple Ads is advantageous Experience in managing Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Universal App Campaigns and Display campaigns Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Experience managing global accounts and coordinating with clients across multiple time zones Deep understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions Experience within GA4/Adobe analytics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams Demonstrated success in delivering high-performing paid search campaigns and meeting key performance metrics Experience in partaking in QBR's and strategic planning meeting with the client Strong time management skills, underpinned by proactive management of deadlines and a capacity to multitask effectively Experience in team task management, including prioritisation of tasks and deliverables

Our hybrid working policy is twice a week in the office, some teams may have set days which can be discussed during the interview process * Be available to travel frequently to client and new business meetings
