Pitch have exclusively partnered with a full service communications agency in Oxfordshire. Our client prides themselves on working with businesses across the UK who are aligned in wanting to make the world a better place.In operation since 2007, our client works in partnership with some major B2B and B2C businesses across the UK. Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Director to join the team to help assist on some of their biggest accounts.

\xe2\x80\x9cWhat will I be doing?"
  • Working across a number of key accounts deliver communications and PR programmes.
  • Leading the team (comprising of Account Managers and Account Executives) and being the first port of call for our client\xe2\x80\x99s accounts.
  • Running the accounts, distributing work across the team, ensuring deadlines are met and delivered to a high standard.
  • Working with your team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll live and breathe the supportive culture and you will play a pivotal role to progress junior members of the team.
  • You can expect to play a central role in new business pitches \xe2\x80\x93 bringing your creative ideas to the process.

  • A can-do-attitude and someone who can work autonomously.
  • Someone who is used to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in either an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in a similar environment.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Previous people management would be useful, but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good listening skills.
  • A natural flair for writing.
