The Cambridge Marketing College teaches professional marketing, PR and sustainability qualifications and apprenticeships. This role is to work with our Communications Officer to create and monitor both internal and external communications to our learners, tutors and to create and monitor social media.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor Social Media activity. Respond appropriately to comments and reviews, within brand guidelines
To create and schedule consistent and engaging social media content that meets the College's strategic communications requirements, across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
To support the delivery of student and client communications
To create and edit videos and graphics, including but not limited to quizzes, infographics, and explanatory videos. Gaining permissions where needed.
Some event management, including creating materials, planning delivery and staffing the stand
Support the Communication Officer with routine administration, logistical and time sensitive tasks, including email building
Other tasks as may be required
