Tree Accountancy is a Manchester-based accountancy firm helping businesses grow. We are at an exciting stage in our marketing journey and building the foundations for a long-term strategy. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us bring our plans to life.



We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team where your ideas will be heard, your work will be valued, and your growth will be supported.



Working alongside our external marketing consultant, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life day to day - particularly through social media, website content, and event coordination.



You'll help us to raise brand awareness and share what makes Tree different - our people, passion, and ambition.



Key responsibilities will include:



Supporting the creation, scheduling and publishing of engaging social media content Assist with website copy, updates, case studies, and team bios Help coordinate company events Organise marketing assets and contribute to campaign planning Stay up to date with the latest trends in social, content, and digital marketing Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to support wider marketing initiatives Report on performance each month so we can identify what works well and where we may need to improve

Entry requirements

Strong written communication and an eye for detail A good understanding of social media platforms (in particular LinkedIn) Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. Canva, scheduling tools) Interest in content creation, branding, and storytelling Willingness to learn and take initiative 5 GCSEs grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)


Training to be provided



You will undertake the groundbreaking Juice Academy PR and Communications Level 4 apprenticeship.



We have designed our programme to offer you several distinct routes to focus your career path and specialise in areas such as digital PR and influencer marketing. These paths are designed to jump start your career and make you stand out in a competitive field, increasing your future earning potential.



During the 15 months of training, you will learn cutting edge theory and industry practice across ten units:

The PR Industry Campaign Management #1 Campaign Management #2 Reputation Management PR Strategy Content Production Content Distribution Content Evaluation Digital PR What you will receive: A chance to earn whilst you learn amongst leading industry professionals Full support and coaching from an experienced Development Coach with excellent industry experience Graduation in under 15 months Access to the very latest online technical and marketing training PR and communications projects based on real life scenarios within your business to enhance learning Develop expertise in an area to develop your career with our bespoke Path to Mastery One to one support and coaching in social media marketing, Google advertising, copywriting, content production and tools to enhance digital PR and communications
