We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join the UK PR and Communications team, reporting into the PR and Communications Specialist. The PR Intern will support with the day-to-day running of the press office, with a focus on coverage monitoring and reporting, and assist with the preparation and execution of key PR events in the UK.
About the JobSupport with coverage monitoring - publisher media as well as social media including influencer coverage. Carefully monitor all coverage and support PR specialist in preparing regular reports.
Support with preparing press packs - gathering seasonal assets (flat shorts, look book images), collection prices and press releases/trend alerts.
Support with the preparation and execution of key events - i.e. coordination of guestlist and RSVP management, coordinate logistics for media and talent attendance as well as providing on-site support at events.
Support the Showroom Manager with sample trafficking.
Provide administrative support to PR team including - PO creation and receiving, capturing outcome of key meetings, sharing key PR coverage for North European and Global PR newsletters.
Regularly conduct desk research to stay on top of competitor activity in the market.
Support in maintaining PR contact database.
Reports into PR and Communications Specialist
About You
Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred but not essential)
Interest in data, tracking and reporting.
Understanding of PR principles and practices.
Social media savvy and interest in digital media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Takes initiative and brings fresh ideas to the table.
Strong interest in Center of Culture: fashion, music, sport, sustainability and consumer trends
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software applications is desirable.This is a hybrid position based in our Central London Office. You will be expected in office 3 days per week. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
