The Role




As PR Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of strategic public relations initiatives that strengthen the brand, build media relationships, and drive global and local awareness of our motorcycles and rider community. You will develop compelling narratives that position our brand as a leader in innovation, performance, and lifestyle, building loyalty and enthusiasm among media, fans, and customers alike.


Working cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Digital, Events, and Executive teams, you will manage external PR agencies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all earned media. You will play a pivotal role in product launches, motorcycle test rides, brand campaigns, and ambassador communications.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and execute global and local PR strategies to support brand and product initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry media across print, digital, and broadcast Coordinate and pitch feature stories, interviews, and motorcycle reviews to key media outlets Lead all PR elements of motorcycle launches, product milestones, and brand campaigns Oversee press ride events, media briefings, and launches to ensure maximum coverage and brand impact Develop and manage a global press calendar aligned to broader marketing and product plans Craft press releases, media kits, Q&As, and briefing documents in alignment with brand tone and positioning Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Digital teams to ensure storylines are timely, accurate, and impactful Lead crisis communication planning and press response strategy in partnership with Legal and Exec teams Manage external PR agencies and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs. Track PR performance metrics, media impressions, and sentiment reports to inform future strategies. Own and manage the PR budget and reporting cadence.

Person Specification



5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, ideally within the automotive, motorsport, or motorcycle sectors Strong network of media contacts in lifestyle, automotive, tech, or trade press Experience managing product and brand communications, including international media coverage Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled in translating technical features into compelling narratives Proven ability to lead agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholder groups
