A new and exciting opportunity has opened for a talented PR Manager with 4+ years' experience to enhance our public presence and strengthen our brand reputation. This role will be part of our central marketing team.


The PR Manager will be responsible for shaping the company's public image through strategic communication efforts. You will support PR campaigns, manage online reputation and collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to write awards submissions and prepare media statements.


This is a hybrid role with 1 day a week in our London Waterloo office and with regular travel to service or meetings when required.

What you'll be doing:



Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand awareness. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, local, and national media outlets. Draft press releases, media alerts, and thought leadership content. Respond to media inquiries. Monitor and respond to Google reviews and other public feedback platforms. Analyse sentiment and trends in public feedback to inform marketing and operational strategies. Identify relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities. Lead the development and submission of compelling nominations and supporting materials. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and success stories. Work closely with the Director of Marketing to craft media statements, crisis communication messages, and executive talking points. Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing communications.

What you'll have:



Degree in Public Relations, Communications or Journalism. 4+ years of PR or Communications experience, preferably within healthcare. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Experience managing online reputation and responding to public reviews. Strong media relations experience and a successful track record of securing coverage.
