The Role

We're looking for a

PR & Communications Intern

on an initial 6 month basis to join our London Marketing team and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of brand activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in fashion marketing and communications. You'll play a key role in supporting both the PR and Marketing teams, from helping to organise events and manage press samples, to tracking coverage, supporting shoots, and maintaining marketing assets. The role offers valuable insight into how a premium brand communicates across markets, providing exposure to both UK and international PR activity.

You'll be someone who's proactive, highly organised and eager to learn, with a keen interest in brand storytelling, media, and the fashion industry.

About the role

As PR & Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

General

Assist with store events? Stay abreast and share industry news, trends and competitor activity but not limited to the fashion industry? Maintenance of the marketing cupboard/shelves ensuring they are organised ? Book all PR couriers? Change over weekly papers, tab with coverage and store ?

PR

Manage the coordination and tracking of sample send-outs and returns for shoots, fittings, and gifting? Support with the organisation of the sample cupboard ? Ensure strict adherence to the sample booking process and manage outstanding samples for UK and US? Save all press coverage from UK, US, and Japan PR teams? Track and highlight standout brand quotes in press coverage? Manage all image requests from press within deadlines? Build and maintain an up-to-date internal contact database? Support in organising events and press days? Contribute to weekly PR slide for marketing weekly meeting? Support with monthly reporting ?

Marketing

Save all Sunspel social media tags and inclusions ? Support with any relevant marketing/in-store events? Keep all seasonal asset folders up-to-date with imagery? Monitor VICs for retail and online ? Support and compile assets for wholesale ? Support with brand shoots and sample movement? Support with travel bookings for shoots
This is a full time, onsite role based in our York Street, Marylebone offices. The role is a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend further.
