PR & Marketing Manager We are hiring for a PR & Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Park Plaza UK! You will work closely with the Brand & Content Marketing Director and members of the UK PR & Marketing department to develop and execute all marketing and public relations tactics for the Park Plaza brand in the UK region, as well as act as a liaison between all departments to effectively communicate the region\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing strategies via public relations, marketing, events coordination, partnerships and advertising promotions (including but not limited to media relations, social media, broadcast, online and print). As our PR & Marketing Manager you will:

  • Coordinate, plan and deliver the Park Plaza UK regional and hotel 90 day plans alongside the wider marketing team.
  • Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities which will drive exposure, bookings and covers for the hotel and outlets.
  • Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings where required.
  • Working alongside the Brand & Content Marketing Director, coordinate and deliver the B2C, B2B and M&E campaigns and relevant brand-wide and PPHE marketing activity.
  • Manage the day-to-day PR activity, including agency and hotel liaison, activity co-ordination and planning.
  • Responsible for the management, coordination and execution of media and marketing events, with attendance as needed.
  • Oversee and manage photo, video and multi-media shoots across the estate, including planning and distribution.
  • To report, track activity and communicate results for all relevant campaigns and initiatives.
  • Serve as main point of contact for hotels, suppliers and agencies.
  • Using the Content Matrices, oversee and manage the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars, M&E and other relevant channels, online platforms and listings with current content, links and promotions and ensure these are kept refreshed with new imagery and content whenever necessary.
  • To support the Brand & Content Marketing Director, and other team members in preparing for, and delivering new hotels, restaurants, refurbishments and products to market.
  • Line Manager for the PR & Marketing Executive UK, PR & Marketing Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Holmes Hotel and PR & Marketing Assistant UK
  • Support the Brand, Guest and Digital Experience team with current and new initiatives
  • Manage, coordinate and deliver key partnerships in the UK region, including but not limited to London&Partners, Visit Britain, MIA and local BID\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Provide content for the Digital Channels, including, but not limited to social media and ParkPlazaMoments.com
  • You may be required to do ad-hoc duties as required
