Job Description

G&G is a family-owned vitamin and health business manufacturing our own brand of supplements, as well as vitamins for hundreds of brands worldwide.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our expanding team of the G&G brand. We are looking for a person who can manage our G&G brand new business sales who has some experience in sales and PR/events. This would include creating new business with marketing, putting on events, attending conventions, etc. The role requires that the applicant is adept in relationship building, problem solving and can manage (this is a Line Manager role).

You will be a team player, need to be a good communicator and enjoy working with others. Ideally you would have some understanding of international commerce, an understanding of supplements and are able to travel.

Your responsibilities will include:

Search out and meet potential clients in their own areas, touring on the road to find and create distributors for G&G products.
Research online, at shows and exhibitions, or in stores to find potential new customers.
Respond to enquiries from potential customers and assist them through the process of getting started.
Manage the New Business Sales Team and strategise future plans for the area.
Assist customers by pricing products for them and producing formal quotations.
Create and maintain a strong understanding of G&G's manufacturing processes so as to assist the customer in specifying a product that suits both parties.
Meet with potential customers, travelling to their offices around the world as necessary or touring them around our facility here.
Maintain a record of each potential customer, and the communications with them.
Work as part of a team with existing sales staff to build a large clientele for G&G.
Hand over signed up customers to an account manager, with a smooth transition.
Assist customers going forward as required.
Take customer orders and liaising with our warehouse and management regarding the fulfillment of orders.
Use Social Media to promote and make people aware of our Brand.
Arrange internal PR events to bolster staff morale and make staff feel rewarded for doing a good job.
Organise and oversee exhibitions where the G&G Brand has a presence.
Work on external PR campaigns that raise the public opinion of our Brand.
Assist the other members of the Sales team at times of overload or as needs arise with taking orders, answering customer queries, packing and dispatching orders from our warehouse, assisting in our retail unit and hosting visiting customers.
